Mitchell is a Clinical Psychologist passionate about helping people to get better sleep. He uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - a highly effective treatment for insomnia. He use a pragmatic, down to earth approach to help people get to the root cause of their disturbed sleep and how to fix it.
